Breathe... Just Breathe

February 21, 2021

São Paulo won’t be nice with its residents for the next few days (but we can’t really complain... it’s not like if we were being nice to the city cutting down trees and polluting the environment).

Until Wednesday, according to the weather app, São Paulo is not going to see a drop of rain falling down from the sky. The air now is completely dry, my nose just started bleeding again, and a person can’t breathe without having the head exploding with pain.

Drinking a lot of water surely can (and will) help you to go through this period if you are a visitor and are not used to the dry air (but can anyone get used to such a condition?). For me, let’s just say that I am always struggling between body hydration and going to the bathroom all night to pee.
